Nurse Practitioner 

 Amanda is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 18 years of healthcare experience, and is an alumna of the University of Toledo, The Ohio State University, and the University of Cincinnati. She provides the highest quality mental health care by meeting patients where they are, listening without judgement, and collaborating with compassion. Amanda has a special interest in the perinatal and pediatric populations and stays current with evidence-based practices with ongoing professional development. Based in North-Central Ohio, Amanda is a mom to two girls who are pre-professional dancers and a devoted wife. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, being in nature, spending time with family, and embracing all forms of art.

Operations Director

Danielle has been working in business development for 20 years, of that 12 years of experience working in the mental health field. She is dedicated to ensuring that everyone working with New Leaf has a positive and productive experience. Outside of work, Danielle is passionate about her family, friends, and literature. 

 Registered Nurse  

Hillary works as a registered nurse with New Leaf BHA. She is dedicated to patient care and motivated to assist every patient with their mental health journey. Hillary received her LPN and RN from COTC and has been practicing nursing for 13 years, 9 of which she has spent working in the mental health field. Her compassion and genuine care for others drives her to continue working in this field. In her free time, Hillary enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and traveling. 

Out-Patient Mental Health Therapist

C. Jade Collins is a Licensed Mental Health Professional. She is passionate about creating a calm and nurturing environment where her clients feel comfortable growing and challenging themselves. Jade received her master’s in educational psychology from the University of Colorado in 2012, and another master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020. She has worked with addiction services, adults, families, and children in Colorado and Ohio. She is committed helping individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other disorders. Jade believes in a collaborative approach to counseling and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. 

Out-Patient Mental Health Therapist

Jenn earned her master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University in 2017. Jenn works as an outpatient mental health therapist, specializing in trauma treatment of individuals of all ages. Jenn is EMDR trained licensed mental health professional and has specialized interest in working with children and adolescents, LGBTQIA+ populations, and cases of complex trauma. Passionate about fostering independence and self-assurance, she connects easily with individuals and families with her friendly and accepting nature. Jenn's commitment to her profession goes beyond work hours, as she regularly attends workshops and training sessions to educate herself on the latest developments in mental health therapy. Jenn resides in Licking County and enjoys laughing and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Operations Coordinator

Kelcie works as an operations coordinator at New Leaf Behavioral Health Associates. Kelcie has eight years of experience working in the mental health field and is friendly and knowledgeable. Off duty, she's a green-thumbed gardener, a globe-trotting adventurer, and a pro at family and friend shenanigans. Her diverse background contributes to her compassionate and proficient role as an operations coordinator.

Megan is a certified mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to helping patients live more productive and mindful lives. She earned her degree from The Ohio State University and works closely with therapists to provide comprehensive mental health care. Her focus is on medication management, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate treatments to support their well-being. She has a particular interest in working with children, adolescents, and believes that collaborative care is essential for achieving the best outcomes for her patients.
